A seasoned veteran in construction and real estate development. He migrated to the US in 1988 with a degree in civil engineering from Minsk, Belarus and started a construction company business. With more than 30 years of experience as a contractor, he has successfully brought more than 100 projects to fruition. His experience ranges from luxury construction, commercial developments and surgical medical centers. Accomplished in both the private and commercial sector, he oversees the process in its entirety from demolition to completion with a team he has built throughout the years.
Gabriel brings construction expertise with over (15) years of experience in various roles in the construction industry and is responsible for project design and construction. Gabriel earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. His extensive hands on construction experience includes running his own contracting business, as an inspector for the New York City Department of Buildings, as a project manager for Construction Management Firms overseeing projects up to 500,000 square feet. Gabriel oversees the entire project from scouting potential properties and conducting a cost/sales analysis to design and coordination with architects and engineers through the construction process to completion.
Robert has over 23 years of experience in wealth management and client development. Most recently working at one of the world ’s largest global financial institutions where he has managed over $200 million of assets, advising clients on strategic planning, asset allocation, cash management a nd risk management. Robert is responsible for acquisition, managing contracts, financing and sales transactions.
Elie founded Appliances Connection which he built from zero revenue to over $450 Million annual revenue in 10 years. He recently negotiated and completed the sale of this business to a publicly traded company for $222 Million. Elie also has an extensive background in completing successful real estate development deals including ground up new development and large scale conversions.
Artem manages the daily operations and sets the strategic course for OMNI BUILD. He also oversees a portfolio of rental properties, handles sales coordination, and ensures all construction projects are completed successfully. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a second degree in Construction Management, Artem is deeply committed to business development and growth. He continuously seeks innovative methods to boost operational efficiency and expand the company’s market reach.
After a decade long career in financial services, Thomas then pursued an entrepreneurial venture, acquiring an insurance solutions business that he successfully expanded and eventually sold in 2020. Following that acquisition, Thomas remained with the acquiring company in a senior leadership capacity, where he oversaw client relationship management and business development. Thomas is now entrusted with the vital role of managing investor relations, business development and support in project management across all phases. His contributions are instrumental in managing and expanding our construction-related enterprises.
